John M. Dotzel has been building quality homes since 1972. In 1977 we started our first venture with a  partnership until 1985. We then branched out and formed John M. Dotzel Builder Inc. Since then we have been building truly custom homes, one at a time. 

We work with numerous Architects from the York and Lancaster area. We pride ourselves on the hands on approach with our customer’s on a daily basis. John M. Dotzel, the Owner and President of John M. Dotzel Builders Inc. is involved in the construction of your home every step of the way. For this reason we can construct a higher caliber custom home.
